Elaine's in town!

Our girlfriend Elaine moved to Colorado and when she comes out we have bagels like we used to when she was still in California. This time was even more special because she had her precious baby boy.

Christmas 2008

It was a Merry Christmas. We had our traditional biscuits and gravy with Omi and Grandpa and then all the rest of the family came over around noon. The kids big gift this year was the Wii. We had a present with a string tied to it leading them to the playroom, when they opened the door there was 2 gaming chairs with the Guitar Hero and Star wars light sabers and of course the Wii. They were so excited. I think the big kids...(the parents) enjoyed it too. We all ate, drank and were merry. Mom made the Ham and it was so juicy. We had fun from 9 am to 9pm.

Disneyland with our friends! 12/12/08

For Amanda's birthday we all, (the Jacobsons and Avila family) pulled our kids out of school and drove down to Disneyland in the motorhome. We rode a lot of rides at Disneyland then we met the Blomdahls and Vicondoa familys at California Adventure to ride more. Until we needed to rest a little, have a beer and something to eat. I think it was the longest we have ever stayed at Disneyland and all the kids and the parents had a blast. There was 17 of us total. Crazy fun! Blake's new favorite ride is California Screamin. Sorry Space Mt. but your still second.

Nana the Great!

We made a special Christmas visit to see my nana (the boys Great Nana, hence the name) in Yucaipa. It was nice visiting and going down memory lane.

Ornament Exchange 2008

This was our 10th year having an Ornament Exchange at my house! We had drinks and a delicious dinner at the Yardhouse. Then we went back to my house to visit and do the ornament exchange.

Holiday Cocktails with my Bunco Babes!

Roz, Mel, Sandy, Gina and I were the only Bunco babes able to get out last minute for Holiday cocktails so we went to Ramanos and then to Gra-POW for dinner and dancing! It was fun...we need to do it again with the guys.

My Little Lumberjacks!

Our family goes to Sand Haven Tree farm each year to cut down our Christmas Tree. The boys climb the rocks and get lost running in the trees until we find the perfect tree to cut down. This year we even enjoyed some chili cheese fries and funnel cake. Yummo!
